👥 Guest Access:
Complete access to the apartment and building amenities, including the outdoor pool, game room, rooftop terrace, remote working offices, golf simulator, and gym.

🚫 House Rules:
- No Pets: A $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized pets.
- No Parties: A $1000 fee applies if noise detectors are triggered due to parties or loud gatherings.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building. If detected, guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Rental Agreement: Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement confirming your understanding and agreement to the house rules—no smoking, no parties, no pets, and respect for quiet hours.
